Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Dr. Emily Clements. I’m a neuroscientist, educator and yoga teacher, combining brain science with creative practices to help people cultivate clarity of mind.
As a neuroscientist, I’ve studied the mind for 10 years. I spent the past 5 years studying the brains of creative and disruptive entrepreneurs. I learnt key insights into why some people and not others succeed in pursuing their passions.
One of my biggest takeaways? From childhood to adulthood many of us are trained out of three essential skills: exploration, creativity, and intuition.
I’ve battled myself with burnout, feeling stuck and losing inspiration. I founded Mind Brain Body to help others reconnect with themself, through the mind, brain and body-based approaches that worked for me.
